CAMPAIGN OPENING
' "The municipal election campaign will open for citizens' ticket candidates on Monday night. These meetings will be held at the Oddfellows Hall, where "the Mayor, Mr. Hislop, arid candidates for the City Council will speak, and at the Realm Hall, Hataitai, and the JRoseneath School, where candidates "for the council, Hospital Board, and "Harbour Board will address electors. ;.Meetings-will commence at 8 p.m.
