WARNING IGNORED

NAZI VIEW OF RAF. RAID

(Received April 19, 2.30 p.m.)

LONDON, April 18. A German communique which describes the R.A.F. attacks on northwest and central Germany as indiscriminate says that, despite the Luftwaffe's warning in the form of a tremendous reprisal attack against London, strong enemy forces again penetrated to Berlin's outer barrage, but only single planes reached the centre of the city. The anti. aircraft barrage prevented their aiming at targets. Four public buildings, again including the State Library, were damaged and also a number of houses.
