ENEMY SURPRISED
DAY ATTACK ON CHERBOURG
(British Official Wireless.) (Received April 19, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, April 18. An Air Ministry communique states that Blenheim bombers which were strongly escorted by several squadrons of fighters carried out a day attack on Cherbourg yesterday.
