GERMAN AMBASSADOR
RETURN TO ANKARA
LONDON, April 18,
German-controlled radio har reported that Herr yon Papen, the German Ambassador to Turkey, who arrived at Istanbul earlier today on his way to Berlin, has changed his plans and returned to Ankara.
German circles earlier said that his visit to Berlin might last some weeks.
