PRESIDENT RE-ELECTED

Members of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants, New Zealand's largest industrial organisation, recently voted on the 'election of president, and re-elected Mr. S. W.. Gaspar, of Dunedin, by a majority of 2562 votes. There were two other, candidates for the office.

Mr. L. Mcllvride was re-elected general secretary unopposed.

. The A.S.R.S. has altogether 52 branches throughout the Dominion, and a membership of about 14^000.
