LONDON, April 7.

A Greek communique states that the Germans, after having made some progress in the invasion from southern Bulgaria, have now heen held on the whole of the main front.

A Greek Government spokesman said that the German forces have left bodies piled high before the Greek defenders, without being able to advance. "Our soldiers," he said, "have written one of the greatest epics in Greek history.
