(Received April 7. 8 a.m.)
NEW YORK. April 6,
The Sunday edition of the "New York Times" devotes a special article of several columns to "The First Citizen from Down Under," in which it declares thai America will understand Mr. Menzies. Americans who have already met him think that Mr. Menzies is astonishingly like Mr. Willkie. They point out that both have the same semi-rural background, the same knack of a well-turned phrase, and the same passion for honest dissent.
