BANGKOK, February 19

Between now and February 25 three Japanese destroyers will be taking on supplies at Paknam, at the mouth of the Bangkok River, fifteen miles from here. The Japanese naval attache had previously sought the permission of the Thai Government for the destroyers to visit Paknam.
