BROWDER'S SENTENCE UPHELD
(Received February 18, 10.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, February 17. The Supreme Court upheld the conviction of the Communist Earl Browder for using a passport obtained fraudulently. Browder is under sentence of four years' imprisonment.
