THREE TAKEN FOR DURATION

SANTIAGO, February 15,

The Government of Chile has issued a decree taking over for the duration of the war three Danish vessels, the Frida, Kelga,' and Lotta, which had taken refuge at Tacahuano. They will be incorporated in the Chilean marine. These are the first expropriations of merchant ships by any American Republic since the outbreak of the war.
