TAKE notice that NATIONAL SERVICE STATIONS, LIMITED, being the lessee of the establishment known as Petrol Supplies Service Station situated at Lower Taranaki Street in the City* of Wellington has made application for total exemption from the above-mentioned Retail Oil Fuel Hours Order, and that such application has been set down for hearing at 10 o'clock on Wednesday the 26th day of February 1941 at the Court of Arbitration Wellington. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same.in writing to the Wellington City Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting. It is proposed to secure the above-mentioned Loan by a rate of fifteen ejghtrhundredths (15/800ths) of. a penny in the pound on the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the City of Wellington.—E.
