HASTINGS, This Day

Following the discovery of Mrs Ingrid Cook, of Havelock North, lying seriously injui'ed on the road yesterday, Gilbert Mclnnes, aged 25, appeared in the Police Court at Hastings this morning on a charge of failing to stop after an accident. The accused was remanded for a fortnight. Bail was fixed at £100.
