Sir,—l hope for the honour of the N.Z.E.F. the "amusing and novel" incident recorded in Tuesday's "Post" is not common and has been adequately dealt with by the authorities. Apparently a defenceless prisoner of war of high rank was defrauded of a large sum of money, not by' his captors even, but by a transport driver —an interesting person to return to receive the benefits we are preparing for them. —I am, etc.,
