CRABB. —At Wellington, on February 7, 1941, James, of 75 Waitoa Road, beloved son ot tho lato Sampson and Eliza Crabb, Nelson; aged 75 years.

FORSYTH. —On February C, 1941, at his son's residence, 26 Bannister Street, Masterton, Thomas Forsyth, dearly" beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Forsyth, of 6 Lip man Street, Wellington; in his 73rd year. HARTLAND, Helen Mabel.—-Beloved sister of Mrs. Francis Penty. (Private interment.) LLOYD-JONES.—On February 7, 1941, at Petone (suddenly), Albert Victor, beloved husband of Ethel Lloyd-J ones, 99 Richmond Street, Petone; aged 54 years. "Peacefully sleeping."

On February 7, 1941, at Wellington, Elizabeth Maria, dearly beloved wife of Frederick William Mathews, 14 Firth Terrace, Karori. Patient sufferer at rest. (Private interment. No flowers.) On February 6, 1941, at Wellington Hospital, Albert, beloved husband of Lena May Peck, of 168 King's Crescent, Lower Hutt; aged 65 years.

WILSON.—On February 4, 1941, at Melbourne. Sidney Lewis, elder and only surviving son of the late L. H. B. and K. E. Wilson.
