KELBURN ROUTE MARCH

This week's Home Guard parade at Kelburn consisted of drill, followed by a route march along Upland Road.

Major Greenish, commander of the sub-area, delivered a lecture on war experiences, linking these with the training which the members of his audience were undergoing.

It was announced that as a result of additional enrolments the effective strength of the sub-area (exclusive of the Civil Guard) is now more than 60.
