BUENOS AIRES, January 17.

The French Line announced that the Vichy Government has arrived at an agreement with the British. Government regarding French ships leaving Buenos Aires. Officials said that the Mendoza is now assured of a free passage to Marseilles, and also that the British would not molest the Campana. which is due to sail today, nor the Aurigny, Formose, or Katiola, which are preparing to take cargo.
