The) Moscow newspaper "Trood" say^ that alt indications point to a British attempt to deliver a knockout I&Iow to the Italians in Africa by rdeans of offensives in Libya, the S&idaii, and Kenya. It estimates that JSie'British Army in Libya now has a \ superiority of almost two to one ©■'ver the Italians. Judging by developments, the British intend to expand their activities in East Africa- These developments are of the g-iaeatest importance in the Africanl theatre of war, and indicate the determination) of. the British to clean utp the war in Africa, so that they caw concentrate all effort in the decisive European theatre of war, thef paper comments.
