(Received January 10, 12.40 p.m.) LONDON, January 9. Mr. J. M. Andrews. Avho has been acting as Premier of Northern Ireland since the death of Lord Craigavon, has been elected leader of the Ulster Unionist Party. He said that he Avas satisfied from recent contacts Avith British Ministers that Ulster's position Avas fully recognised. Under no circumstances would they become partners in an all-Ireland republic.
