MAN THROWN FROM CAR

WAIHI, This Day.

Thrown clear when a car in which he was a passenger failed to negotiate a bend on the Waihi Beach Road and capsized down a 45ft bank at about 6 o'clock last evening, Lawrence John Faragher. aged 24, single, factory hand, of Waharoa, Matamata," was instantly killed.

A companion, George Percival Orr, 22, single, lorry driver, of Walton, who was driving the car,, was admitted to the Waihi Hospital. His injuries are not serious.
