The Associated Press reports from Sofia that the Bulgarian Prime Minister (Professor Filoff) left today for Vienna. The reason given for the visit is a desire to consult a medical specialist there. -<■■■;. Before leaving Sofia the Prime Minister made a broadcast speech in which, after making complimentary references to Germany and Italy, he declared: "Every nation must shape her own destinies. That is why we must be aware of the fact that it depends largely upon us what 1941 will bring."
