NORTON CUP
WIN FOR WELLINGTON
The Wellington Rowing Club won the Norton Cup rowing regatta on Saturday afternoon with 24 points. Star being second with 19 and Petone third with 13. This was the eighth annual contest for the cup, which had" been won on seven occasions by Petone. The regatta was rowed at. the southern end of the harbourin* a light southerly wind. Won by four lengths; two' lengths between second and third.
