South Wellington, 257 (Hayman 100 retired, Bibby 34, "Milne 23 not out), met Technical, 101 (Sergent 38, Chisolm 87). A five-point win for South Wellington by 156 runs on the first "Employed, 147 (Deslandes 50, Phillips 28, Wallace 27) and 192 (Phillips 104 not out and Lenhart 60 not out), met College, 134 (Toft 46, Gunn 70) and 73 (Bellamore 41 not out). Employed won by 132 runs.
JUNIOR,
Marlst, 110 (Harris 25, Yates 22) and 59. met South Wellington, 133 (Desmond 61) ,Ind 137 (D. Upchurch 30, Desmond 25, Inglis 21). Trafalgar Park, 160 (Rogers 39, McClure 37. Douthett 24, A. Gray 20 not out, met Webb Street Methodist, -48 (Hessell 22 not out) and
14. Wellesley, 7" (Macalister 31) and 115 for no wickets (Freeman 48. Maealister 64 not out), beat the Anglican Home, 47 and 97 (Daly 72), on the first Innings.
REPRESENTATIVE CRICKET. An invitation has been accepted by the Canterbury Boys' Cricket Association (embracing 54 teams from the secondary schools) to visit Wellington and play next Friday and Saturday morning. The Canterbury representatives who will play Dunedin on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, will arrive in Wellington on Friday morning. The members of the team are under 17 years of age, and all drawn from Christ's College, Boys' High School, St. Andrew's College, Technical College, West Christchurch High School, and Papanui Technical College. The visitors will return home on Tuesday. The boys will be billeted in Wellington. . The Wellington boys will practise at the Basin Reserve on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons.
