Griffin and Sons, former holders of the trophy. The Health and Fitness Cup for drill and the Competitive Games Cup were both won by the V.M.C.A. girls' team, who thereby carried off the championship shield for the highest aggregate in all sections. An athletic programme, under control of the Petone Amateur Athletic Club, was also run in conjunction with the demonstration, and several admirable gymnastic displays were given by members of the V.M.'C.A.
