LONDON, December 2.
The Budapest correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that according to reports from the frontier of Rumania and Hungary four fresh German divisions are entering Rumania through Hungary, while anarchy is increasing throughout Rumania.
The Bucharest correspondent of the same news agency says that a German motorised division paraded the streets of the capital s with King Michael in the rear of the parade. Over 50 German planes flew over a grandstand where German generals surrounded the Rumanian Premier, General Antonescu. Crowds silently watched the Germans and lustily cheered King Michael. LONDON, December 2. It is reported from Hungary that the four fresh German divisions moving through Hungary and Slovakia to Rumania are to reinforce the German troops already guarding Rumania's oilfields and pipe-lines. It is also suggested that additional troops are attempting to restore order in Bucharest and other Rumanian cities, while the Iron Guard has now split into three sections and the army is uncertain what course to take. The parade at which King Michael and General Antonescu had to take the salute from German troops was staged to celebrate Rumania's adhesion to the Axis. turkey's views on the Rumanian situation were given in one newspaper, which said that Rumania's example must be a warning to other countries which might b« dragged into a regime of force. General Antonescu and the new Iron Guard leader must regret the street murders, and must know that they are the prelude to more tragic days for Rumania.
