FRENCH BATTLESHIP PARTLY
DESTROYED

LONDON, December 2,
A communique issued in Rome to-, night claims that Italian bombers partly destroyed the French battleship Lorraine during a raid on Alexandria on November 30.
Two others ships, it was stated, were set on fire and Customs depots destroyed.
