POSSIBLE POST AT TOKIO

TOKIO, November 27. It is reliably reported that Herr Stahmer, personal representative of Herr Hitler, will soon replace MajorGeneral Eugen Ott as German Ambassador in Tokio. The newly-appointed Japanese Con-sul-General, Mr. Y. Ishizawa, has arrived at Surabaya with his family. He replaces Mr. O. Saito, who has been promoted to director of the South Seas Affairs Bureau, which was recently created in the Foreign Office.
