Having been extradited from Melbourne, Harry William Solomons, aged 30, a radio announcer, appeared before Mr. J.-.H. Luxfprd, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, charged with committing theft by failing to account to the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society, Ltd., for £25 7s 6d, received from Fannie Archibald and others. He pleaded guilty, and was remanded until tomorrow for sentence. Mr. C. H, Arndt appeared for him.
