DAMAGE AT BOULOGNE

LONDON, November 17,

Discussing a report by the German news agency that an earthquake and violent gale at Boulogne last night caused several million francs' worth of damage, the West Brcmwich Seismologist, Mr. J. J. Shaw, said: "I cannot find a trace of the alleged earthquake. Possibly the earthquake was the K.A.F."
