The Air Ministry announces that losses in planes today were:—German planes down, 7; British fighters lost, 5; British pilots safe, 5, Of the seven machines brought down four —three Messerschmitt 109's and a Junkers 87 —were sent crashing into the sea off the coast by one Hurricane squadron.
