Directors of Worksop Extended Gold Dredging Co., referring to suspension of operations, state that they have inspected various dredging areas for which the dredge appeared to be suitable, but of the areas inspected only one appears to be suitable. Preliminary prospecting discloses satisfactory values. . The directors hope to be able to convey to shareholders more information about this area. During the period commencing on October 1, 1939, and ending on August 6 last, 9140z sdwt of gold were won, which realised £9138 13s lOd.
