Ten charges,of obtaining credit by fraud in Timaru, Oamaru, and Gore, together with a charge of theft, were admitted by Earle Shilton, alias William McGuire, aged 22, in the Magistrate's Court. . j The Magistrate, Mr. H. Morgan, saici that the accused had indulged in an orgy of crime. He sentenced him to i six months' hard labour, to be followed by six months' reformative detention.' •'"■■■
