BELGIAN MINISTERS
ESCAPE FROM FRANCE
(Received October 24, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, October 23. The Belgian Prime Minister, M. Pierlot, and the Foreign Minister, M. Spaak, have reached London, from which, they are exercising the full duties of government. They escaped from France by way of smugglers' paths across the Pyrenees, and were detained in Spain for some weeks.
