The BriStish Ambassador in Washington, Lord. Lothian, is to leave for Europe today by the Yankee Clipper. Mr. CordeSl Hull, United States Secretary of State, announced this afternoon that Mr. Kennedy, the United States Ambassador, in London, is to return to Washington for consultation within a week or ten days.

An unconfirmed report from Washington states; that Mr. Kennedy is resigning the .Ambassadorship.
