The ship which an earlier message from Cadiz stated had been damaged by a bomb from an unidentified plane was the Starling (1320 tons), an unarmed British merchantman.
LONDON, October 13.
The French Minister of Justice said today that there would be no racial laws directed against Jews, but Jews would be excluded from holding high offices in politics, newspapers, or business.
