OTAKI HEALTH CAMP

There are now 85 children at the Otaki Health Camp, 40 boys and 45 girls. There are 35 from Wellington City and suburbs, 17 from Hawke's Bay, 12 from Manawatu, 11 from Taranaki, and 10 from the Wairarapa.

These children will remain in camp for five weeks and will be discharged on approximately November 12, when 100 other children will be admitted.

A finding that Edward Maxwell Gilchrist died on September 26 at 122 Ghuznee Street, of a self-inflicted wound, was returned by the Coroner (Mr. W. G. Mellish) at the conclusion of the inques*-.
