STANDING TOGETHER

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

MELBOURNE, September 25,

Major-General Duigan and- Group Captain H. W. L. Saunders, the New Zealand Service chiefs, today attended a civic reception.

"Australia and New Zealand are standing together and they will continue to fight side by side to bring the war to a successful conclusion," said Major-General Duigan.

The military visit for staff talks, he said, had achieved something. New Zealand was Australia's little brother and would do its part.
