I (Received September 5, 1.10 pjn.V LONDON, September 4 A Berlin communique states: "Yesterday we again bombed aerodromes in the south of England and effectively plastered hangars and buildings, causing several fires. Air | battles again developed ■ most favour- | ably for Germany. Bombers last night ; caused extensive fires at harbours, j armament factories, and aerodromes, | including Liverpool, Avonmouth, BrisItol, Portland, Poole, Rochester, and ! Middlesbrough. I "The enemy yesterday % lost 62 planes, and ten of ours are missing. "A U-boat on one expedition sank six armed merchantmen totalling 51,507 tons." t ■
