TRIBUNAL IN AUSTRALIA MELBOURNE, August 29. The Prime Minister (Mr. Menzies) announced that regulations are to be gazetted within a few days providing | easy access to appropriate tribunals for people wishing to make applications for a moratorium in respect of debts and other financial obligations arising tout of the war.

Mr Menzies said that the Government was convinced that there was no justification for the provision of a general moratorium.
