THE RAIDERS' LOSSES
28 PLANES DOWN
BRITISH LOSE FOURTEEN (Received August 30, 9 a.m.) LONDON, August 29. It is stated officially that the full reports of yesterday's air fighting show that 28 enemy planes were destroyed, while 14 British machines were lost.
Seven British pilots and three airgunners are reported killed or missing.
