TRADE "MIRACLES"
ITALY AND GERMANY LONDON, August 29. A report from Rome says that the Nazi economic expert, Dr. Clodius, in an article in the "Giornale d'ltalia" says Germany and Italy are working miracles in supplying each other with the necessities of national life. "This collaboration," he says, "will produce precious fruits in the European post-war reorganisation. Italy is sending Germany sulphur, bauxite, camphor, mercury, zinc products, silk, fruits, vegetables, highly-important chemical products, and motors of all kinds. Germany is sending in return tools, machinery, iron and steel patents, and also a million tons of coal a month."
