WRESTLING ON MONDAY.

Sergeant-Major "Lofty" Blomfield will defend his British Empire professional heavyweight wrestling title at the Wellington Town Hall on Monday night against John Katan, the Canadian from whom, he won the championship earlier this month. Since Blomfield was here last he has scored his first win over Earl McCready, the former champion, and consequently his slocks now stand higher than ever. He has not been seen a great deal in Weilim--tor^this year and his visit would be exceedingly welcome even if he did not have to face a "grudge" bout with the formidable Katan. Preliminaries will commence at 8 o'clock, and will include a five-round professional bojit.
