RUSSIA AND RUMANIA
ALLEGED VIOLATION OF
FRONTIER
LONDON, August 28. . Further incidents on the Rumanian* Russian frontier occurred oh Augus* 26 when Soviet aircraft, it is alleged, violated .the frontier by flying over ' the Falciu district. One Russian and one Rumanian plane are reported to have been brought down. It is unofficially estimated that 20 Russian divisions are concentrated in the recently-ceded territories of Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina. The Soviet, it is stated, presented a Note to the Rumanian Government last night.
