It is announced that a special envoy, the Commerce Minister (Mr. Kobayashi), is going to Batavia on September 2. Other members of his suite, including Colonel Ishimoto, Chief of the Natural Resources Section of the Army's Ordnance Bureau, are to leave on August 31.
