LONDON, August 27,
A Berlin message says that the Yugoslav Cabinet issued the following communique after a meeting at Angram: "The Government's policy is the maintenance of peace and honest and friendly political and economic relations with its neighbours, especially Germany and Italy, with whom Yugoslavia's .vital interests conform."
