Junior. —Misses U. Renner, J. Prestney (Technical College); J. Henderson, D. Walker, M. Wright, D. Sparks P. McMillan (Hutt United); N. Bennett. M. Ellis, H. McNair (T.0.G.); M. Sanderson (Petone Technical). Emergencies: U. Elles (T.0.G.); B. Mitchell (Hutt United); K. Robinson (Technical College). The following are the teams for the intermediate grade match which is to be played next Saturday:—Combined colleges team: Packwood, M. Dorrian, S. Cains, B. McMillan, J. Sparks, Y. Simpson, R. McMurry (Petone Technical); M. Rameka, A. Cole, D. Hall, P. Hall (Technical College). The Rest team: W. Dickson, N. O'Connor, C. Alfano, M. McGregor, O. Kingi, D. Lowrie, W. Mclvor (Maranui); J. Brugh, P. Power, P. Welsh (St. Joseph's), P. Elgar (T.0.G.).
When clamping the mincing machine to the kitchen table, instead of slipping in a fold of newspaper to make ft grip, use a fold of sandpaper or emery-paper. It will ensure the grip.
