MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) j AUCKLAND, August 22. The opinion that the 'question of postponing next year's municipal elections should be decided exclusively by the Parliament of the day, having regard to the conditions then prevailing, was expressed by the Auckland. City Council in a resolution adopted at a meeting today. ( It was the council's opinion, however, that there was nothing in the present situation to justify the post-, ponement.
