A person in receipt of a total Income of £150 per annum would not be assessable for income tax. "A Mother." —We can understand your concern, but it would be impossible to give this personal attention. Men are instructed how to care for their health and have to learn to apply the principles themselves. Suggest you emphasise the precaution to soldiers of your own acquaintance. "Give Them the Army Work."—lt would be unfair to single out this class when similar arguments apply to many civil occupations.
