RUMANIA AND BULGARIA
BUCHAREST, July 22,
It is officially stated that the Premier, M. Gigurtu, and the Foreign Minister, M. Manoilescu, will meet the German Foreign Minister, Herr yon Ribbentrop, at Salzburg on July 26.

LONDON, July 23
The German news agency announced that the Government has invited the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Bulgaria to Berlin and that they are expected to arrive at the weekend, when the Rumanian Premier would also be present.
