WAGE INCREASES
ORDER IN AUSTRALIA

MELBOURNE, July 17,
Employees working under Federal awards in all States except Queensland will receive a wage increase of two shillings a week from the first week in August owing to the higher cost of living. Queensland workers will receive a rise of one shilling.
