COMPENSATION AWARDED

. Holding that Charles Brock, a waterside worker, and his wife, Clara Brock, were partially dependent on their son, Alan Brock, who died as the result of injury by accident arising in the course of his employment by the C. and A. Odlin Timber and Hardware Co., Ltd., Mr; Justice O'Regan, in a reserved judgment given in the Compensation Court, has awarded to Brock a sum of £80 for the partial dependency, as well as £23 for weekly compensation payments due to the deceased before his death.
